Subscription Fees
CineSurge operates on a monthly subscription basis.
CineSurge subscribers are billed $3.99/month through our third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. All charges are processed in USD.
Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Billing errors
- Duplicate charges
- Technical access failure verified by our support team
